Employed to explore opportunities and impacts of specific technologies on a client's business. Xelleration develops the strategy, identifying solutions focused on practical objectives to meet the project's goals.
Define & Document
Define solutions identified during the Imagine stage. Xelleration documents and translates the user experience, utilizing prototypes to insure functionality.
Solution
Create the technical environment for the project through strategic knowledge confirmation of the business processes and existing technologies, to maximize use and ensure new applications are compatible with the current infrastructure. The client is presented The Project Blueprintª of the solution, crystallizing the vision in a self-contained deliverable, including a guaranteed fixed price and timeframe for the project.
Foundation Build-Up
The project solution is constructed and extensively tested. This process consists of a series of planned iterations during which the solution and Project Blueprintª is programmed, implemented and refined. Upon completion of numerous iterations, the system goes through additional functionality and user testing, ensuring the developed solution meets requirements identified.
Deliver & Deploy
Execute the deployment of the solution. Delivering the solution objectives, managing business process changes, educating system users and implementing a support structure.
Improve & Maintain
Xelleration develops a transition plan tailored to each objective, regularly evaluating and enhancing functionality, providing maintenance and support, ensuring the infrastructure necessary to keep it secure, scalable, and performing smoothly. |
