Xelleration Leads SharePoint User Adoption At NogginFest 2008
NogginFest, is an Annual Event held by SoCal IT Pro Association and offers IT professionals in Southern California a chance to gain valuable knowledge on current and new advanced products in the industry.

Xelleration offers SharePoint Deployment Planning Services
Xelleration is pleased to announce that it is now one of only 20 Microsoft Partners in the US approved for the SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) program. Microsoft SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) is a software assurance benefit for customers, which is a pre-defined paid service offering delivered by partners to plan an effective SharePoint deployment.
This service offers customers a 1, 3, 5, 10 or 15 day deployment planning service, based on their individual software assurance benefit level. Customers will work with a pre-qualified Microsoft partner to develop a customized SharePoint deployment plan for their specific environment and assess the overall direction for deployment of this technology. This service will provide benefits to the customer as they move to a secure and well-managed collaborative infrastructure.
Some of the highlights of this service include:
- Microsoft pays partners to deliver the deployment plan services
- Partners receive the SDPS tools, training, and support to help customers deploy SharePoint and increase their revenue in the process
- The SDPS program provides opportunities as the customer redeems their Software Assurance (SA) benefit
- SDPS helps remove the customer -perceived risk and cost of planning for SharePoint deployment
- SDPS helps minimize the up-front partner investment and pre-sales planning and helps customers get a SharePoint® deployment plan in place, opening the door for increased partner service revenue opportunity

Microsoft Presents Xelleration Two Partner Awards
Xelleration is pleased to announce that for the second year in a row, it has been awarded the Microsoft "Best Customer Satisfaction" award for 2008 at the Microsoft's Annual Managed Partner Briefing on the 14th of October at Microsoft offices in Irvine, CA. The award was presented based on a nomination for a project that involved complex integration of a custom SharePoint solution with other technologies. Additionally, the Microsoft "Best Teamwork" award for 2008 was also given to Xelleration for successful collaboration with another Microsoft Partner to implement Microsoft's Business Intelligence Suite at a client.

Xelleration and Microsoft conduct an Executive Briefing Event
Xelleration and Microsoft recently gathered a group of 20 IT executives at the Fleming's Steakhouse in Newport Beach for an evening of great food, wine and a fascinating discussion of a CIO's role and strategies in today's world of global economic instability and uncertainty in the marketplace.
Greg Lush, VP and CIO of The Linc group spoke to the gathering with his speech on how to become the change agent within your organization; how to influence the enterprise with strategy; education; quality; and the enabling toolset (leveraging Microsoft Technologies). The attendees learned how these components may work in harmony with one another to provide holistic solutions which will enhance Customer value (internal and external) and increase productivity.

Xelleration is one of the sponsors of the 7th Annual Charity Golf Classic
Orange County's top business and community leaders "Teed off" against child abuse at the Child Abuse Prevention Center's Charity Golf Classic on Monday, August 18, at the El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel. This 7th annual tournament, presented by Wells Fargo Bank, made great strides in the fight against child abuse by raising over $70,000 for the Prevention Center's in-home child abuse prevention programs. Xelleration was proud to contribute to the great success of the Tournament that was held to support such a noble cause. |

Xelleration announced expansion of its offshore Captive Center in response to market demands for qualified resources and affordable programming services during this period of economic crunch. XELLERATION LAUNCHES BRANDED SHAREPOINT APPLICATIONS
Xelleration, a software development firm in Southern California, has launched a new service offering for "branded" SharePoint applications. XELLERATION ENABLES MICROSOFT AND IBM TO CO-EXIST IN THE COLLABORATION SPACE
Xelleration LLC an IBM Business Partner participated in IBM’s Lotusphere Comes to You in Costa Mesa, CA on May 22, 2008. Lotusphere is an IBM series of road shows that display the latest in IBM Lotus software solutions. This years’ IBM event series will demonstrate the power of the Lotus software collaboration portfolio as well as promoting IBM’s latest SMB targeted offering, Lotus Foundations. This event was held at the Orange County Hilton in Costa Mesa and Xelleration was present with a display table on-site.
"2008 is a very exciting year for IBM and its partners with lots of new and exciting announcements such as Lotus Foundations and plans for the latest WebSphere Portal version 6.1. XELLERATION RESPONDS TO EARTHQUAKE RELIEF IN PAKISTAN
Xelleration donates computer equipment to the Comprehensive Disaster Relief Service (CDRS) for the inauguration of the new hospital building in Chikar, Pakistan, continuing its commitment to the philosophy of philanthropy. This region was badly damaged after the devastating earthquake in 2005 measuring 7.9 on the richter scale. Over 100,000 people lost their lives and millions were left homeless.
CDRS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quick, efficient and compassionate medical and humanitarian relief and disaster recovery operations to the people of the earthquake affected areas, with concentration of efforts in the Chikar area These operations include the channeling of human resources, medical support, logistical support, health education programs and funding directly to the people who need it most, particularly mothers and children. |
