Job Title: Sales Position
Job Description: Xelleration is seeking a highly motivated sales person who wants to join a fast growing company. This position will focus on the tremendous opportunities in the Microsoft Solution Selling, Deployment and Custom Development of Microsoft Technologies including Microsoft SharePoint and BI. This position is based in Southern California. The Sales Person, will strategize to identify, prioritize, pursue, and close new business opportunities. With our extensive database, existing clients, internal leads, partner relations, marketing programs and Microsoft Partnership.
Key Responsibilities: - Developing and qualifying leads
- Phone prospecting
- Setting up appointments
- Obtaining needs and business objectives
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals
- Closing deals
- Generate prospects/ leads through cold calling and other prospecting
- Develop account plans for key accounts and partners to generate strategic relationships that result in sales within our territory
- Conduct daily inside and on-site sales with customers, following company’s sales process, including generating and qualifying leads, assessing opportunities, and proposing and closing sales contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quota
- Report weekly forecast and customer sales
- Assist with Marketing campaigns, Activities and Events

Job Title: Senior BI Consultant/ Pre-Sales
Job Description: Sr. BI Consultant with Pre-Sales, Sales, Project and Account Management experience and skills with a focus on Microsoft Stack. (SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint BI (Performance Point Services, Excel Services and Power Pivot)). The person should have sales and consulting skills in Microsoft BI tools and technology and also BI Solutions around Microsoft Products. The person should have conversational and sales knowledge around all facets of BI including Data Integration - Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Data Warehouse/Data Mart Architecture and Data Modeling, OLAP, Query, Reporting, Analysis, & Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Application Development / Portal Applications Integration - .NET, SharePoint Server 2010 and SQL reporting.

Job Title: Senior SharePoint Consultant
Job Description: The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferably a Masters Degree from a reputed local or foreign university and an equivalent of at least 5 years of industry experience with 3 years of extensive MOSS 2007 development experience, must be fluent in written and verbal communication in English.
Person will directly be reporting to Country Manager and may deal with onshore clients on a project to project basis.
Duties: This is a leadership position and requires expertise in design, development, management, deployment of SharePoint websites along with the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
The person would also be required to plan, direct and lead software development projects. The person will also be responsible for management of all phases of project including analysis of client's needs, cost and budget, development, environment, efficiency, end user issues, solutions for troubleshooting, and future enhancement possibilities.
Package: Company offers excellent remuneration commensurate with skills and experience to the right candidate with the possibility of relocation to head office based in Irvine, California for outstanding employees.
