Mo Khan has over 25 years of international experience in the technology industry and has served as a Director and the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Business Consulting and Business Development for various companies. Khan has developed business strategies for several companies to move the company focus from core back office software development shops to a business consulting practice.

As a member of the senior management team for various corporations, Khan initiated cross business relationships with partners, including; Exodus, Qwest, Interliant, Cable and Wireless, Netgateway, TIBCO, Iona, Enpointe, Acclaim, Hallmark, Avent, Concentric, Onesoft, Visual Commerce, IBMGS, IBM, Lotus Professional Services and Microsoft among others. He also established Workflow Automation, Business Process Automation, Business Process Management, eCommerce B2B, B2C, B2E and C2C global marketing strategies, generating a substantial revenue and profit increase leading to the creation of three additional offices for the company.

He also established and managed various practices for these corporations; in their International offices overseas including Europe and Middle East. Khan is a Certified Workflow eBusiness consultant and is considered a pioneer in workflow automation and has nearly 50 projects to his credit related to business process automation, business engineering, re-engineering and workflow automation.

Khan held a senior position with AST Research, Inc., where he served as the Director of worldwide Distribution and Accounting Systems.

As part of AST research, Khan was responsible for deploying and overseeing the distribution and accounting systems to 14 countries. He additionally implemented the companies' global email, workflow automation and decision support systems across the Globe.

Khan has experience in doing projects in various countries across the globe. Khan has done a lot of research and development in Globalization of International Trade and Electronic Commerce and has contributed a number of research documents, presentations, articles and white papers related to workflow automation and eCommerce.

Khan graduated from the University of Arkansas, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance, and a second degree in Quantitative Analysis.

Khan is a Certified Public Accountant. A Certified eBusiness Consultant and also has certification in the IBM AVM (Accelerated Value Methodology)

Dil Khaleeque's career spans 23 Years of experience within business technology management and consulting.

Having served 10 years within the business consulting practice of Price Waterhouse, his acclaimed expertise in strategic consulting, organizational development, strategic formulation, business planning, financial restructuring, and management economics have been recognized by many leading technology reports.

Khaleeque served five years as Manager of Worldwide Forecasting and Planning for AST Computers, in addition to his position as the companies Controller. Subsequent to his position with AST, he was named CEO of SoftNet Technology.

Khaleeque received an MBA degree from The International School of Business Administration, the overseas business program of The University of Southern California.

Arshad Masood

Arshad is the Lead Architect with over 15 years of experience in Information technology. His experience spans the complete life cycle from requirement analysis, architecture, designing, development and testing of the software solution to technical management and team mentoring to production rollout and post production support. Masood is very well versed with some of the challenges in production and global implementation. His technical experience includes a wide variety of software tools and products offered by the leading vendors like Microsoft, TIBCO, IBM, Sun and Oracle.

Abid Bodla

Abid Bodla is a Program Manager at Xelleration with nearly 19 years of experience in information technology field. He is responsible for successful projects delivery and performance of project teams in an on-site as well as offshore model. Abid has been involved in planning and executing enterprise scale application development, infrastructure and migration projects. He has Expert knowledge, and exposure to all phases of the SDLC. He has been involved in employing SEI CMMI model for assessing and improving organization processes.

Abid has Knowledge and experience of both Microsoft .NET and Sun’s  J2EE platforms with extensive expertise in collaboration technologies like Microsoft SharePoint, MS Exchange and Lotus Notes and enterprise integration middle ware products such as Microsoft BizTalk and TIBCO. He has also managed infrastructure projects like server farm design and deployment for large scale web sites, VoIP rollouts and firewall and VPN assessments and deployments. Abid holds an M.S. degree in Software Engineering.

Son Phan

Son Phan, a software engineer, possesses a broad programming background consisting of C, eMbedded C++, Java, and VB as well as a strong practice of object oriented design and methodology. His experience ranges from technical support to web development in JSPs, Servlets, XML, and JDBC using J2EE. Phan completed his Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer at University of Arkansas and recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a Master Degree in Computer Science.

Lauren Reed is a Business Consultant as well as a Marketing Specialist at Xelleration. Lauren comes with several years of consulting experience with an extensive background in Microsoft Volume Licensing. Lauren excels at strategic planning as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships with her clients. Lauren strives not only to understand the needs and challenges of her client’s, but to also efficiently provide them with solutions to help them reach their goals and full capacity. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University.

 

Zeeshan Subzwari

Zeeshan Subzwari is a Sr. Consultant/Project Manager and part of the Business Intelligence and SharePoint Practice at Xelleration. Zeeshan comes with several years of consulting experience and a background in Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and Electronic Document and Content Management Systems. Zeeshan has been successfully involved in a variety of consulting roles as: Strategy and Management Consultant; Technical Specialist (Pre-Sales); and Project/Engagement Manager. Zeeshan possesses a unique combination of I.T. skills sets, Technical knowledge, and Sales experience coupled with Business education and acumen, which allows him to understand and translate both technical and business requirements and propose viable solutions for our clients. He excels at building long-term relationships with Business Representatives and I.T. Executives, understanding business/I.T. pains, listening, analyzing, and solving client business problems and challenges. Zeeshan is a conscientious and diligent Consultant and Project Manager who sees client projects and deliverables through to completion with a high degree of professionalism. Additionally, Zeeshan has exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills. Faizan Muhammad

Faizan Muhammad, a senior software engineer at Xelleration, has over 10 years of software development experience with strong background in object oriented design and has sound knowledge of Rational Unified methodology (RUP). He has been involved in full life cycle span in various projects, with emphasis in analysis, design & implementation.

Some of his major projects fall under the domain of application integration, content management, corporate intranet & portals and business intelligence solutions. His core technical expertise revolve around but not limited to MS based technologies, .Net Framework, SharePoint, SQL Server, Analysis Services etc. with in-depth understanding of open source frameworks, such as DotNetNuke, Atlas, Anthem etc.

At Xelleration, he has been involved in various lead roles and functions such as technical & team lead, team mentoring, project coordinator, project manager & solution architect etc. Faizan holds Master’s degree in Information Systems and also holds Microsoft certifications for solution development.

Yasir Farooqi

Yasir Farooqi is currently working as a Operations Manager for Xelleration. Yasir is responsible for implementing, managing and customizing Microsoft CRM at Xelleration. He has three years experience in the field of financial and business consulting. Prior to joining Xelleration, Yasir has worked in the capacity as a financial consultant, where he was responsible for analyzing financial performance of various marketing business projects and creation of quantitative and statistical business models by using MS Excels data analysis program, solver function, statistical and financial functions. He has also worked as a Business Advisor in the financial industry where he was responsible for analyzing, communicating and validating requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. Yasir currently holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton and is pursuing an MBA degree in Financial Management with advance coursework in corporate finance analysis and decision-making, financial management, investment and portfolio management, and international finance.
