This Case Study showcases how a Microsoft Performance Point Server dashboard can be pushed out to a Mobile PC. The major challenge in showing scorecards and dashboard on a mobile device is the unreliability of connection to the network and therefore to the central PPS server.

Xelleration's solution addresses the business problem of showing Key Performance Indicators of a service department to their mobile workforce who are equipped with Microsoft Vista Based Mobile personal computers.

The challenge is addressed by showing a snap shot in time of PPS scorecard on the mobile device when it is disconnected and automatically refreshing it whenever device connectivity is restored.
